[Case Study] Removal of Banded Sludge (Large Capacity)

No more stopping the production line! Introducing a case study of the design and delivery of a custom-made 100L housing.

The surface treatment manufacturer was stopping the line to perform cleaning work, but they requested to remove the bonding liquid (zinc phosphate) sludge without stopping the line. Since a large amount of sludge is generated, we designed a custom 100L housing. To allow the bonding sludge to be discharged directly into a drum, the housing was designed to tilt, making it user-friendly for the operators. After delivery, there have been no major issues, and sludge removal has been successful, leading them to consider an additional unit.
